Items may be shipped with either France Post standard shipping methods or a courier service such as Canpar, FedEx, or UPS unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for special shipping requests such as express or next day shipping with Canpar, UPS, Fedex, or France Post. We are also happy to get personalized shipping quotes for orders that may ship for less than our flat rate fee. If you need your order shipped or delivered by a specific day please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your requests.
We offer France wide shipping at a flat rate of €18. All packages within France will have a tracking number. Orders €250 and over ship for free within France.

If your order has been sent in a box, you'll probably notice that the box looks reused! That's because, usually, it is. While they might not always be perfect or may be branded with another company's marketing, we believe this is a great solution to keep shipping costs down for you, the customer, as well as reduce our footprint on the environment! Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for in-store credit only. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning your items. Items must be returned in clean, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, with all labels attached. The customer will be responsible for any and all costs associated with returning items (this includes, but is not limited to, purchasing packaging for the return, purchasing postage for the return). The customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the dispatch of products purchased with in-store credit should the credit not cover shipping costs. Oasicatala Boutique reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit. Purchasing postal insurance and tracking for returns is recommended as Oasicatala Boutique cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Oasicatala Boutique does not take responsibility for items appearing a different colour hue in "real life" compared to the appearance on your computer screen. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of items on our website, colour can appear different on a computer screen compared to the "real life" colour. As well, manufacturer photographs can occasionally show different hues than "real life" colours. Any costs of returning items for this reason will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
